Recent Recognition: Georgia Engineering Award

We are proud to announce that the ROFA Grading Improvements and Apron Expansion Project received the Engineering Excellence Honor Award at the 2025 Georgia Engineering Awards in the Small Project category. This prestigious recognition highlights not just aviation, but excellence in engineering across all capital projects in Georgia.

The project, led by Lead Edge Design Group, expanded our terminal apron by 400%, significantly increasing capacity and meeting FAA safety criteria. Their innovative design solutions exceeded federal standards and laid the groundwork for future airport growth.
